Reactive Dog Guide
The Coach House is situated in a residential but quiet area of North Walsham market town. All the cottages are off the residential road and contained in the grounds of Marshgate House. Once inside, you cannot see the residential road. The Coach House has a small strip of patio in front of the living room exit doors. This section is secure to a degree of 6 feet (meshed and hedged along the main portion) and a 5 feet exit gate. There is a rear garden (walled and fenced to lowest height of 5 feet). The rear courtyard garden overlooks the owners garden (the owners have a dog of their own) so you may see / hear Percy on his travels in his own garden. The rear garden can’t be seen from the rest of the house.Cars can be parked outside the front of The Coach House (no fencing), but dogs are secure when inside the front patio area.Note that the owners do use the walkway in front of The Coach House to access their own area and garden so you may see passers by in front of the living room window and passing the rear garden. There is a quiet field walk to the side of the properties but note you may meet the occasional other dog walker. We have had no reports of bird scarers in this location but as it is residential you may hear other dogs bark on occasion.
