Paddock Lodge is a hugely dog welcoming wooden cladded static caravan in the heart of Weardale with the most amazingly secure and huge (third of an acre!) garden for multi dogs to enjoy.
Nestled in a very quiet location, with extremely secure and high fencing, it is the perfect place for your dogs to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing break. The solid wood fence is 6 feet all around and has leylandi on one side reaching at least 9 feet tall.
To add to the secure garden, there are two kennels on site, agility equipment, outside hose, hard paddling pool and the bonus is you can also book a free session at Marisa’s personal paddock on site too! Marisa is also a dog trainer who specialises in canine behaviour
There is a dog friendly pub, just a 5 minute walk away, and lots of lovely countryside walks to enjoy

Reactive Dog Guide
Paddock Lodge is a 3 Star Reactive Friendly property. The garden is a third of an acre, and is secure with solid 6 feet fencing all around. Once the main gates are shut, all dogs are fully secure. If your dogs are noise reactive, this property may not be suitable for them as there is a dog field behind the conifers which may be in use when you are there. If your dogs are purely visually reactive, there is nothing that can be seen from the garden

On Arrival
Park your car in the driveway of Paddock Lodge, and close the 6 feet solid gates. Once these are closed, the garden is totally secure for dogs.

Living / Kitchen and Dining Area
There is plenty of seating for 4 people. There is an electric (wood effect) fire, a 32 inch TV, plenty games, books and leaflets for things to do locally.
There is a dining area that seats 4 and the kitchen area has adequate storage. There is a gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and toaster. (Please note there is an extra under the counter freezer stored securely outside the lodge).
There is a further exit door between Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2
Bedroom 1
This bedroom is a double room, with plenty storage, a side desk with mirror, bedside tables and lamps and access to the shower room
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with plenty storage and a side table with lamp

The shower room can be accessed via the corridor and from Bedroom 1. There is a powerful shower, sink and wc
Outside
The extremely secure garden (6 feet solid fencing) stretches to a third of an acre of garden. There is plenty of play and zoomie room and is all grassed with no borders / plants. You will find two kennels on site, two lovely 'sitting out areas' to watch the world go by and in the shed, there is some lovely agility equipment for your use. There is an outdoor hose, and a hard paddling pool for dogs use too

- All major supermarkets deliver to the cottage
- There is a refundable security deposit of £100 for first time Pack Holidays guests
- Please bring your own throws for furniture / beds and please bring your own bath towels
