Reactive Dog Guide
Holly Cottage is a very high 2 Star Reactive friendly cottage (purely due to having cottages nearby). The garden is enclosed to the height of just under 5 feet high all around (lowest) The fencing between Holly Cottage and Oak Cottage next door is solid and a height of 5 feet. However if you are holidaying with family and want the garden opened up to the next cottage, this can be done to allow all dogs to access their friends next door. There is plenty of access for zoomies and offlead time in the two exercise fields nearby. The fence height in the exercise fields are 2 metres on the open side and 1.5 metres on the side with hedges between them. There is no livestock in the fields around as the land is set for wild flowers. The surrounding farms are all arable

Accessible Paths: A new hardcore pathway makes the woods and meadows easy to navigate with wheelchairs or pushchairs. ♿

Safe Fencing: The garden is enclosed to just under 5ft with solid fencing between you and the neighbours. 🛡️
Livestock Free: The surrounding fields are set for wildflowers and the nearby farms are arable, so no worrying about sheep or cattle!
Secure Zoomies: The on-site paddocks (fenced up to 2m) allow you to exercise your dogs off-lead in total peace. 🏃♂️💨

Is the garden really secure? 🛡️ Yes! With 5ft solid fencing and a gated entrance, your pups can enjoy the succulent garden in total safety.
How many dogs can I bring? 🐕 Up to 4 dogs stay for free. If your pack is even larger, give Gail a shout to discuss!
What about raw feeding? 🥩 The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space in the fridge-freezer for your dogs' meals.
