About Hide and Sheep
The absolute cool and groovy Hide and Sheep Shepherds Hut is the perfect place for one (or two!) hoomans to spend a gorgeous break overlooking wonderful views of the Staffordshire moorland and allowing you to have a fabulous taste of nature at its finest.
This is a superbly happy place for your dogs to spend a break in a small secure garden with access to a secure paddock and (paid) indoor play barn just a few steps away! (For a separate fee)
It is nestled in the owners secret garden on a gorgeous smallholding which is just a stones throw away from a local RSPB nature reserve and woodland. It is a very short drive from Ashbourne, Derby and Stoke which is home to Wedgwood, Emma Bridgewater and Middleport potteries and more.
The Roaches, Manifold Valley, DoveDale, Illam Park, Thor’s Cave and the Peak District are less than 15 minutes in the car, great for walking, cycling and climbing enthusiasts.

Reactive Dog Guide
Hide and Sheep is a 2 Star Reactive Friendly - There is a secure fence all around the hut to 4 feet high (minimum). If your dog can jump this high and over the fence, it will only be able to jump into another secure areas

There are wooden steps up to Hide and Sheep Shepherds hut. It is not suitable for those with mobility issues
Location & Directions
This stunning and eclectic shepherds hut is perfect for a relaxing break with its amazing views, a wood burning stove inside the hut, WC, a mini kitchen including a Belfast sink, table and chairs and a comfy bed area and even an electric supply.
It has the comfiest of double beds, a TV and wifi included. You will also find a hair dryer in the hut
Outside there is a BBQ area, lots of outdoor space and a separate shower block with WC. Private secure parking
The hut is set in its own private garden with its own BBQ and hidden seating area within the secret garden on our rural small holding.
Hide and Sheep Shepherds Hut comes with its own wash room, toilet and wash hand basin for nature calls in the dead of night.
As if all this wasn’t enough Hide and Sheep Shepherds Hut comes with an undercover canopy and outdoor seating to enjoy with your morning coffee or watching the sunset with your evening tipple.
Local attractions within 15mins of the hut include: Alton Towers, The Roaches, Rudyard Lake, The Peak District National Park, Tittesworth, Manifold Valley, DoveDale, Thor’s Cave, Peak Wildlife Park and much more.
Please note there is no washing machine or tumble dryer
