Reactive Dog Guide
Beech Cottage is a very high 2 Star Reactive friendly cottage (purely due to having cottages nearby). The garden is enclosed to the height of just under 5 feet high all around (lowest) The fencing between Beech Cottage and Sycamore Cottage next door is solid and a height of 5 feet. However if you are holidaying with family and want the garden opened up to the next cottage, this can be done to allow all dogs to access their friends next door. There is plenty of access for zoomies and offlead time in the two exercise fields nearby. The fence height in the exercise fields are 2 metres on the open side and 1.5 metres on the side with hedges between them. There is no livestock in the fields around as the land is set for wild flowers. The surrounding farms are all arable

Beech Cottage is a very high 2-Star Reactive Friendly property.
Peaceful Privacy: While there are other cottages nearby, the fencing is solid and 5ft high, so your dogs won't be "fence-fighting" with the neighbours.
Livestock Free: The surrounding land is kept as wildflower meadows and the neighbouring farms are arable, so no sudden sheep or cow encounters! πΌ
Safe Exercise: The secure paddocks mean you can give your reactive dog a proper off-lead run without the worry of meeting other dogs.

Is the garden really secure? π‘οΈ Yes! Fenced to just under 5ft with solid panels between you and the neighbours, it's designed to be a safe haven for your pack.
How many dogs can I bring? π We warmly welcome up to 4 dogs as standard. If you have a larger pack, just chat with Gail!
Are there stairs? πͺ Yes, the bedrooms are upstairs, but the ground floor is open-plan with a wet room, and the garden access is very easy.
