Reactive Dog Guide
There is a private decking area with 4 feet high picket fencing (so as not to spoil that fabulous view). There is very little passing traffic as parking is in the car park below. There are occassional passers by walking towards the cove.
Accessibility guide
The cottage sleeps 4 and has 4 steps up to the terrace, It is a minutes walk to the beach. It is all on one level after going up the 4 steps

The Beach House is designed for a stress-free holiday. After climbing 4 steps to your private terrace, the entire accommodation is on one level. ๐๏ธย Park in the car park below, and walk up the path to the cottage.
The Open-Plan Living Area: A bright and social space featuring a comfortable lounge, WiFi, Smart TV, and an electric fire for cosy evenings. The dining area is perfect for planning your next boat trip over breakfast. ๐ณ
The Kitchen: A sleek, fitted kitchen that includes a slimline dishwasher (no washing up on holiday!), an electric oven and hob, a microwave, and an under-counter fridge with a small freezer section.
Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Large patio doors open directly from the lounge onto the decked area, letting the sea breeze flow through the house. ๐จโจ

The Beach House is a 2-Star Reactive Friendly property.
The Setting: Located in a hillside villa resort. While it is a peaceful spot, there may be other guests walking to and from the beach. ๐ถโโ๏ธ
Visuals: The picket fencing is 4ft high. If your dog is highly reactive to seeing other dogs or people passing at a distance, please keep this in mind as the view is open.
Beach Access: Being so close to the beach means you can easily time your walks for quieter periods (early morning or late evening) to enjoy the sand in peace. ๐
๐ฆด For Your Pack & Hoomans
For the Hounds: We welcome up to 2 dogs. There is plenty of space on the decking for sun-lounging, and the beach is just a moment away. ๐พ
For the Hoomans: High-quality bed linen and towels are provided. Free superfast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Parking: You can pull up right outside to unload for 30 minutes. After that, we recommend the main car park just a 2-minute walk away (parking is around ยฃ20 per week via the Ringo app). ๐

Is the decking secure? ๐ก๏ธ Yes, the terrace is fully enclosed with 4ft picket fencing. Itโs perfect for most dogs, though very small dogs or determined "jumpers" should be supervised.
How far is the beach? ๐๏ธ Itโs a genuine 2-minute walk! You can be on the sand in no time at all.
Is there a place to wash the dogs? ๐ฟ There is a tap at the beach (2 minutes walk away) to easily rinse off sandy paws before heading inside.
