Whether you are planning a large family reunion for up to 10 guests (using our onsite static caravan, The Retreat) or a cosy retreat for a smaller pack, Orchard Cottage offers one of the most secure and well-located holiday experiences in North Norfolk.

Inside Orchard Cottage
Inside Orchard Cottage- Living Space: A spacious and welcoming living room designed for relaxation after a day on the beach.
- Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated dining room for social family meals.
- Downstairs Accessibility: Features a modern, access-friendly shower room on the ground floor, ideal for guests with limited mobility.
Upstairs: Three comfortable bedrooms and a full family bathroom. (Configuration details coming soon!).
- The Retreat (Static Caravan): Situated within the secure garden, this self-contained unit sleeps up to 4 people. Please note: To protect guest privacy and security, we only rent the caravan to the same group booking the main house (Peak/Mid Season), or as a standalone budget escape during the Low Season. If the retreat is booked with the cottage, it can sleep up to 10 in total. Please note that The Retreat can be booked out of season on its own if the cottage is not booked out (please email gail@packholidays.co.uk to enquire)

The Garden & OutsideThe garden is a true sanctuary, featuring a pizza oven, fire pit, and ample patio seating. It is a "wrap-around" space (from each side to side of the cottage - no rear to worry about), giving dogs a huge area to explore safely while you cook up a storm or relax by the fire.

Pack FAQ: Orchard Cottage & The RetreatHow far is the beach exactly? It is a genuine 5-minute walk! You can be on the year-round dog-friendly beach in the time it takes to boil a kettle.
Is the caravan rented to other people? Never. If you book the cottage, the garden is yours alone. We only offer the caravan as an "add-on" for your own friends or family, or as a standalone rental in the winter months when the cottage might be empty.
Can I bring more than 5 dogs? We welcome 5 for free! If you have a larger pack, please reach out to Gail—we always try our best to accommodate our multi-dog families.
Is there a pub nearby? Yes! The Hill House Inn is just a few minutes away on foot and is one of the most dog-welcoming pubs in Norfolk.
