 The Living Spaces

• The Lounge: A wonderfully cosy and social space with a magnificent wood-burner taking centre stage. There is a mountain of comfortable seating for the whole family, including two large 3-seater sofas and a matching single-seater leather armchair. Gather around the large TV, rest your drinks on the coffee table, and enjoy the crackle of the fire.
• The Conservatory: Accessible straight through the living room, this huge, light-filled conservatory is a real showstopper. Furnished with comfortable wicker conservatory seating and a central coffee table, it offers panoramic, uninterrupted views over the expansive gardens. It’s an idyllic spot for a morning coffee or a quiet chapter of a book.
• The Dining Room: A generous room with plenty of comfortable seating for six guests to enjoy long, lazy breakfasts or evening meals together. The room features a characterful brick feature fireplace (decorative only), a guest sign-in book, and a convenient storage cupboard stocked with board games for family fun nights.

At Pack Holidays, we know dogs are part of the family! Orchard Cottage is wonderfully set up for hounds, featuring a dedicated doggy organiser box in the lounge filled with freshly laundered dog towels and cosy blankets. The downstairs wet room is fantastic for easy cleanup after outdoor excursions, and the extensive gardens give your pups plenty of space to sniff and play.

 The Garden & Outside

The garden is a true sanctuary, featuring a pizza oven, fire pit, and ample patio seating. It is a "wrap-around" space (from each side to side of the cottage - no rear to worry about), giving dogs a huge area to explore safely while you cook up a storm or relax by the fire.

How far is the beach exactly? It is a genuine 5-minute walk! You can be on the year-round dog-friendly beach in the time it takes to boil a kettle.

Can I bring more than 5 dogs?  We welcome 5 for free! If you have a larger pack, please reach out to Gail—we always try our best to accommodate our multi-dog families.

Is there a pub nearby?  Yes! The Hill House Inn is just a few minutes away on foot and is one of the most dog-welcoming pubs in Norfolk.
