Lovely place and so peaceful. The kitchen was well equiped and we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub and bath give a real taste of luxury in a very peaceful area.

What a fantastic house and location – well deserved 5 stars. The view onto the field with sheep,lambs, rabbits, grouse and birds right at the building was great and could easily pass hours just watching them. The house ticks every box and would book again without any hesitation

A beautiful property, we really enjoyed watching the wildlife out of the living room windows and relaxing by the fire. The location was perfect for us and gave us a good walk to Ashgill force. We would definitely stay here again.

You can jump in the car and head off in any direction with lots to see and visit.

Beautifully presented property to a high standard in a lovely remote locations with fantastic walks from the door. We were delighted to discover homemade banana bread and jam on arrival waiting for us, aswell as kathryn putting up a surprise birthday banner above the wood burning stove which was a fantastic touch for the occasion. If youโre after a cosy retreat that has relaxing elements donโt hesitate to book. Thereโs no better way after a cold walk to return and warm up in front of the log burner or pour a glass of wine and soak in the hot tub.
