Meadow Barn (and Annexe) in Edingthorpe
What a gorgeously presented barn conversion situated in a lovely rural area. Not only is this fabulous barn a wonderful addition to Pack Holidays but if you want to have a larger group than 6 hoomans, you can hire the Annexe next door which sleeps a further 2 hoomans.
Edingthorpe is a short 3 miles from Mundesley (and Bacton!) beaches. This lovely barn has a bedroom on the ground floor (as well as two bedrooms upstairs) and is absolutely ideal for extra family members that want a little bit of separation.
If you would like to book the Annexe alongside the main house (which will then sleep 8 in total) you can add the Annexe on as an additional extra during the booking process. The cost to add the Annexe on is £300 if booked alongside the main barn. (Do contact Gail if you have any questions about this)

Cottage Details
When you arrive
Park your car in the large gravel driveway and head up to the front door. There is plenty of parking space, then walk into the
Lobby
It has plenty of storage for shoes and coats, a WC and basin
Rear Lobby/Utility/WC
From the rear door you enter the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer. It's a perfect place for outdoor gear, wellies and towelling off those muddy paws
This lovely modern kitchen is very well equipped and benefits from a range of wall and base units and an electric ‘AGA’ oven, a fabulous large American style fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and a large Island with drawers
Open plan Dining Room and Lounge
The lounge/diner has gorgeous exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace with a fabulous wood burner, full height windows and has access to the downstairs bedroom.
It is newly decorated in grey tones and has a feature central staircase, tiled flooring, large comfortable sofas, driftwood coffee table, lamp, Smart TV, barn style doors, cosy rugs and a dining area with table and chairs to seat 6
Bedroom One (Downstairs)
A gorgeous cosy twin bed room with a beamed ceiling, two single beds, wardrobe hanging space, bedside tables, lamps and a large window feature.
The stairs lead to the first floor landing area and to two double bedrooms and the modern fitted shower room.
Bedroom Two
Which has a beautiful king sized bedroom with a vaulted beamed ceiling, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe hanging space and vanity unit with mirror.
Bedroom Three
A lovely sized room with double bed, bedside tables, lamps, cupboard, wardrobe hanging space and freestanding mirror
Family Bathroom
This lovely room has high beamed ceiling, a large corner shower enclosure, tiled walls, wood panelling, large basin area and mirror and WC.
Garden
There is a large gravelled driveway and access to the rear courtyard garden and the Annexe. Currently arranged with plenty of sitting area and provides the perfect entertaining space for alfresco dining in the Summer months. The garden is secure once the paddock gate is closed
Annexe
This former triple garage has been converted into a one bedroom annexe sleeping a further 2 guests, which comes with a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, shower room and a king sized bedroom.
There is enough parking for both properties and plenty of outside space for you to enjoy, both at the front of the main barn and in the rear garden, between The Annexe and main house.
The Annexe can be hired as an extra on your booking form for £300

The Clorley’s –
We had a fantastic stay at Meadow Barn & Annexe. We wanted somewhere nice & quiet to escape the fireworks over New Year and we found the perfect place. The cottage is beautiful and has amazing beds & pillows. Every one of us commented on them and how well we all slept.
The cottage is in a perfect location with lots of walks right on the doorstep, we explored for miles. Bacton woods & beaches are a short drive away and there are lots of nice places to eat & drink nearby where all our dogs were welcomed. We will definitely be back again. Thank you to the owners & Gail @ pack holidays.

We had the most relaxing few days at Meadow Barn. Very spacious property with everything that we needed. We found it perfectly situated for beach walks and for walks in Bacton Woods. Some good places to eat nearby – Shambles in North Walsham for lunch and Watsons in Bacton for coffee or breakfast. Also had a great evening at the Suffield Arms. All very dog friendly.

We have had a Wonderful stay at Meadow Barn in Edingthorpe.. The Barn is warm, welcoming beautifully decorated; we have enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and watching the cows, horses and Alpacas in neighbouring fields!
We have been so lucky with the weather and have managed to miss most of the rain, so have been able to get out and explore a number of beaches – Bacton, Walcott, Cart Gap and Happisburgh; as well as a visit to Bacton Woods and Happisburgh light house
We have had a few wonderful days away and would recommend Meadow Barn and Pack Holidays again in the future

Meadow Barn is absolutely stunning!!! We have loved our stay in this property. So relaxing and tranquil surroundings. Its been a perfect base to explore this part of Norfolk, finding new places to visit and return to popular favourite haunts.
