Cottage Details: Life at Dawn 🏠✨
Living & Relaxing 🛋️☀️ The lounge is a cosy sanctuary featuring oak flooring, a log burner, and sea views. It’s packed with books, games, and DVDs for rainy days. For ultimate relaxation, the house is filled with comfy reclining furniture and boasts a separate sunny conservatory—the perfect spot for a morning brew while watching the dogs in the garden.
The Kitchen & Dining 🍴🧼 The well-equipped oak kitchen features a full-sized fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a separate dining room for social mealtimes, and you can even head into the garden to pick fresh herbs (rosemary, bay, and mint) for your cooking!
Bedrooms & Bathroom 🛌🚿 Both bedrooms (one double, one twin) feature memory foam toppers, 32-inch Smart TVs, and beautiful sea views. The family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower.
Outside Haven 🌳🔒 The wraparound garden is a delight, featuring a picnic table and loungers. After a day at the beach, use the outside sprinkler to wash off sandy paws before they head inside. The lowest fence height is 4 feet at front fence and gate, with the rest of the garden 6 feet solid fencing. If you would like a BBQ please do bring a disposable.

How secure is the garden? The garden is fully enclosed by 4ft solid panel fencing with concrete bases and a secure gate. It is very private and "quiet" for reactive dogs.
What tech is available? The lounge has a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix/DVD, and both bedrooms have their own 32-inch Smart TVs. There is also a Bluetooth music system for your own playlists.
