Cosy Corner, Sea Palling
Cosy Corner is situated on the outskirts of pretty Sea Palling village, with steps directly opposite the property leading over the dunes to the gorgeous Blue Flag beach! A quiet and peaceful location, yet only a few minutes walk to all the local amenities.
This lovely dog friendly cottage in Sea Palling is ideally located for a peaceful ‘get away from it all’ break with the added advantage of being just a few minutes walk to Sea Palling village where you can find a dog friendly pub and cafe, fish and chip shop, general store with Post Office, an amusement arcade and a children’s play park.
Cosy Corner is all on one level so is very accessible, with parking on site for 2 cars. It is a perfect, all year round base from which to explore the Norfolk coast, countryside and Broads.
The dunes and coastline from Sea Palling to Winterton are officially designated ‘Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and it is an ideal place for walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing, water sports and, of course, seal-spotting.
Head North on the picturesque coast road to discover Mundesley, Cromer, Sheringham and beyond.
The beautiful Norfolk Broads are close by and can be explored by taking river trips and hiring day boats in Stalham, Wroxham, Horning, Hickling or Horsey. These nature reserves’ unique topography of reed lined waterways are famous for their good coarse fishing, boating and rich variety of wildlife, especially waterfowl.

Reactive Dog Guide
Cosy Corner is situated in a very quiet road on the outskirts of Sea Palling with little passing traffic (although there will be more in peak season).The garden is mostly to the front (grassed) and has a four feet wall all the way around. Once the garden gate is closed the garden is secured (for non jumpers).There may be a number of passers-by at the front of the cottage as this road does have dunes access and is a lovely road to walk

Cosy Corner is all on one level and the living room / dining and kitchen area is open plan. One step into the cottage via the main door and on step down onto the patio from the patio doors. Please let me know if you have any mobility issues

When you arrive
Park your car in the driveway and walk around the front of Cosy Corner to the front door The front door leads in to a
Lobby/Boot Room
The lobby / boot room has plenty of hanging space for coats as well as a cupboard which houses a washing machine, laundry basket, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Continuing through the next door to the open plan layout of the kitchen and living area.
Kitchen
This well planned kitchen has every detail thought of. There is plenty of storage space and there is an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. You will find a dining table with four chairs.
Living Room
This relaxing living room has plenty of seating with a three seater settee and two chairs, and a woodburner. There is a 40 inch with Netflix, a selection of board games and a well stocked bookcase. Unlimited WiFi is included. The living room has laminate flooring with rugs. Sliding patio doors lead on to a covered seating area.
Go through the hallway and turn right into:
Bedroom 2
The Twin Bedroom has two 3ft wide single beds, a wardrobe and a set of drawers.
Come back into the hallway and go forward into the:
Main bedroom
This bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, side units with bedside lamps, a large wardrobe and a console table. There is also a small, wall mounted TV
Turn back into the hallway and into the:
Bathroom
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, heated towel rail and a walk in shower.
Outdoor Space
There is parking for two cars inside of the double gates. Once the gates are closed, the wraparound garden is fully enclosed, mainly by a 4ft high wall.
The garden is mainly laid to lawn and has two separate decking areas with patio furniture. The one directly outside of the living room is covered, allowing all weather alfresco dining. The other patio area has a built in barbecue. There is a shed that stores windbreaks and some deck chairs and a separate lean-to, behind the property, for guests to securely store their bicycles or surfing gear etc.

Just back from a fantastic week at cosy corner. It’s a wonderful cottage in the perfect location. Weather was very warm but managed the beach a couple of days with the furrys. Lovely cottage ideally placed for our 3 dogs to go onto the beach ever day, accessible even at high tide. Nothing is far to drive to. Cottage has everything you need, log burner lovely on a cold night. Very lucky with the weather even walked to Happisburgh along the beach!

Yet another comfortable stay at Cosy Corner. We have enjoyed several of Sea Pallings cottages but this one stands out over the rest. Well situated, good parking and apart from one evening using the woodburner, warm and ‘Cosy’. We shall return!

We’ve had two stays at Cosy Corner and both have been absolutely fabulous. This time we had a mixture of weather conditions, mostly cold and windy, but Cosy couldn’t have been cosier. The lovely wood burner was great .
Cosy Corner is ideal for us with four dogs in tow. It always felt safe letting them out for wees as it’s very secure.
The cottage is scrupulously clean and very well laid out, with everything where you’d expect it to be.
Beds and pillows are comfy with super cotton bed linen and the bath towels are huge.
The beach is so accessible and at this time of year almost empty. We absolutely love it and will be back!

The garden was lovely and if it hadn’t been January I’m sure I would have made use of the seating areas more but the dogs loved being able to wander round without me worrying about them escaping or barking all the time.

This has honestly been the best dog friendly holiday I’ve ever had. Most seem to be slightly tatty and in need of a clean. NOT so Cosy Cottage, everything is immaculate and the facilities are great from the kitchen, outside space, and proximity to the beach to the TVs and broadband. I loved the log burner too! Cant wait to come back!!

What an ideal cottage, everything you need and so dog friendly. Our four really enjoyed themselves, Woody our Basset Fauve might have enjoyed it more if he had been freed from the flexi lead, but as a jumper we didn’t want to test the security of the wall surrounding the front of the property. The welcome basket was very welcome! and a nice thought. The property is so well situated and so well equipeed that we’ve already booked for November 2022 and 2023. Can’t give a better recommendation. Gail was most helpful with any quries. Would have liked longer but with a very popular property it is difficult to find a vacant slot.

A little gem, we arrived in the dark so couldn’t appreciate exterior, inside is lovely, the beds are so comfortable. Well equipped, clean and porch is gorgeous. Garden ideal for our dog. The nearness of the beach is fantastic. This property has cleaning products galore, you can see it is cleaned really well. Dog friendly throws, everything needed for them. Would not hesitate to book again.
