There is ample space here to stow your boots and coats.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining Area A door down the hallway to the left opens into a spectacular, high-spec Taupe Shaker-style kitchen and dining room. It features premium oak-style worktops, an integrated washing machine, a dishwasher, two double ovens (including a built-in microwave), a ceramic hob, and a dedicated drinks station with a Nespresso Krups coffee machine. ☕ Take your seats around the large, extendable Oak dining table (complete with 5 chairs and a rustic bench seating 8 people) to plan your coastal adventures over a traditional full English breakfast or a fresh Whitby fish and chip tea! Double doors lead directly into the lounge, allowing you to seamlessly open up the space or keep it cosy and separate. 🐟🍟

🛋️ The Lounge Located at the end of the hallway, the lounge is a beautifully quirky, contemporary space styled in relaxing navy and green tones with a striking feature wall. It features two deep 3-seater sofas, two velvet navy reading armchairs, a modern circular electric stove, and a cooling ceiling fan. Relax here to watch your favourite shows on the large Smart TV with BT channels, Now TV, and Netflix, while enjoying floor-to-ceiling views across the private rear garden and the countryside beyond.

🏰 The Bedrooms & Bathrooms (First Floor) A beautiful panelled staircase sweeps up from the hallway to the spacious first-floor landing, leading to four beautifully appointed bedrooms:

Double doors open directly onto a fabulous private balcony looking out over rolling country meadows where animals graze, with views of Sneaton Castle to your right! 🌅🌾
• Bedroom 2: Located at the front of the property, this spacious room boasts a magnificent Super King-size hotel-quality bed with a 1000 pocket-sprung mattress, elegant panelled feature walls, calming aqua accents, and ample storage space.
• Bedrooms 3 & 4 (Twin Rooms): Two beautifully presented twin rooms styled in a vibrant navy and ochre colour scheme. Each room features two high-quality standard adult single beds with 1000 spring mattresses for total comfort, a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and clothes hanging space. Each room also includes a single futon bed (ideal for an extra child). • Pack Reminder: While we love our doggy friends and are more than happy for them to follow you upstairs to sleep nearby, we kindly ask that paws are kept clean for the carpets, and that you bring your own doggy towels and furniture throws to protect the sofas and velvet chairs. 🐕🧼
