🛡️ Reactive Dog Guide (Level 2 Friendly) Tower Barn offers a sturdy, quiet retreat, but reactive dog owners should note:Upside-Down Living: The main entrance and bedrooms are on the ground floor, with 15 steps leading up to the living quarters.Separate Rooms: Not open-plan! Separate lounge, kitchen, and dining rooms allow nervous dogs to settle in a quiet corner. 🐕Visual Privacy: The garden is secure to 5ft. Note that the Juliet balcony offers views over the farm tracks, which some dogs may find stimulating.Sound Insulation: Thick stone walls and carpeted lounge/bedrooms provide a settled, quiet atmosphere.
Accessibility guide
The main entrance door is 90cm wide and opens onto a tiled ground floor. Note: This is a three-level house. While Bedroom 1 features an en-suite wetroom (accessed via 2 steps from the hallway), the living areas are 15 steps up. The Tower is a further 13 steep, narrow steps (56cm wide) with restricted headroom. Parking is conveniently located next to the phone box.

Cottage Details (The Grand Tour!)
Ground Floor (Entrance & Sleeping): The tiled entrance hallway leads to three characterful, carpeted bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a Super-King with a high-spec en-suite wetroom. Bedroom 2 is a twin, and Bedroom 3 features zip-and-link beds.
First Floor (Living & Dining): 15 steps lead up to the oak-floored kitchen and dining area. The Lounge is carpeted and features a corner suite and a leather reclining armchair. The Kitchen is fully equipped (including washer/dryer) with a door leading directly to the rear garden. The Dining Room is glass-fronted with a Juliet balcony.
The Tower: Accessed via a further 13 steep steps, the viewing gallery offers spectacular vistas (note: not for habitable use). 📸
The Garden: A private, level lawn and patio area with a table, chairs, and two loungers. The hot tub is located here, fully enclosed to 5ft by fencing.
